The emergency room in St. Lawrence is closed for the next two weeks.
ER services are unavailable at the U.S. Memorial Health due to staff shortages. Appointments at the family practice clinic will still be going ahead during the closure while lab and imaging services are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Emergency options are 911 and the nearest clinic with appropriate capabilities.
The health facility in Port Saunders will switch from an on-site emergency provider to an on-line emergency provider from 8:00 this morning until 8:00 tonight.
