A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance in the Carter’s Hill area of St. John’s yesterday afternoon.

Police were called around 12:45 p.m. to reports of a man throwing items out of the window of a home and yelling at area residents.

The man has been charged with causing a disturbance, resisting arrest and failure to comply with release and court orders.
