A man has been arrested for stealing a vehicle as officers chased him on foot in St. John’s on Monday,
The RNC flashed the lights on the vehicle around 7:30 p.m. and caught up with it in the west end. They then chased the driver on foot.
The 40-year-old man has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
