Two people have been displaced by a weekend fire that caused significant damage to a two-storey house in Kilbride.
The fire broke out at a house on Bay Bulls Road early Saturday afternoon.
The woman was checked by paramedics at the scene but there were no serious injuries.
She and her adult son are staying with relatives for now and have been helped out by the Canadian Red Cross with purchases of things such as food and clothing.
