A man is without his license and vehicle after blowing more than twice the legal limit near Lethbridge over the weekend.
The RCMP first noticed the driver just before noon on Sunday.
The man was pulled over and failed subsequent breath tests. Police also noticed alcohol inside the vehicle.
The accused will appear in court at a later date to answer to charges of impaired.
Meanwhile, two days earlier an American man was pulled over in the Doe Hills area near Deep Bight following reports of an erratic driver.
The man, who was visiting the province, failed the breathalyzer and was arrested.
