Porter Airlines is going to increase the number of seats available on flights between St. John’s and Halifax.
Starting March 31, the airline will assign larger Embraer aircraft to the route, replacing the Dash 8-400 planes currently in rotation.
The switch will increase passenger capacity from 90 seats to over 130.
Porter currently operates the direct vapour trail between Halifax and YYT twice daily.
