One of Labrador’s biggest sporting events kicks off this evening with a Fan Night celebration at the Labrador City Arena.

Teams participating in the Cain’s Quest snowmobile endurance race, set to start this Sunday, will gather this evening from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. with supporters and fans.

Cain’s Quest has built a reputation of creating great excitement and interest in Labrador with some teams attracting ardent fan bases.

Fans will be able to meet the racers, but those interested in attending are asked to register in advance.

The Labrador West Ministerial Food Bank will be collecting non-perishable food items at the entrance to the arena.
