The St. John’s SPCA is soon opening up applications for its Spay and Neuter Assistance Program.

The organization says they will be accepting 100 applications for surgery dates to be booked between May and July.

They will be opening up applications on Wednesday April 17 at 3 p.m., and will remain open until all appointments have been filled.
