Two teenagers have been arrested after a bizarre incident outside a business in Mount Pearl just before the lunch hour yesterday.
Several youth refused to leave the store and when challenged, one of the teenagers hauled out bear spray and sprayed an employee.
The RNC located several young people nearby and charged a 13-year-old boy with assault, causing a disturbance and obstructing a police officer.
A 17-year-old boy faces similar charges as well as resisting arrest.
Both were taken to the Youth Remand Centre.
