MADD Canada has named Constable Caleb Pellerin of RCMP Traffic Services West as its 2024 Police Officer of the Year.
Pellerin, a traffic investigator who works out of the Deer Lake RCMP detachment, has been awarded MADD Canada’s Team Nick Coates Impaired Driving Awards each year since 2020.
In 2021, Constable Pellerin earned the top performer award for RCMP in Newfoundland and Labrador by MADD Canada.
The latest honour was presented to him by his supervisor, Sergeant Dean Hyde, in Deer Lake.
