The Brier is returning to St. John’s.
Curling Canada announced today that the 2026 Montana’s Brier, presented by AGI, will be played February 27th to March 8th at the Mary Brown’s Centre in St. John’s.
It’s the first time the capital city will have hosted the Brier since the iconic 2017 event when Team Gushue won gold.
CEO of Curling Canada Nolan Thiessen says the 2017 Brier is an event he’ll always remember and cherishes the way in which St. John’s and the entire province embraced the event.
That’s something that Thiessen says made the decision on where to host next year’s event much easier.
