A 56-year-old man who was banned from driving was arrested by RCMP as the result of a single-vehicle crash on the Trans-Canada near Norris Arm on Friday.
Officers who attended to the scene around 8:30 Friday morning found the driver walking around the vehicle.
It turns out that the driver was under a Canada-wide driving prohibition in connection with a previous impaired driving conviction.
The man was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court for driving while prohibited.
The vehicle was seized.
