A rally is planned for this morning outside of Stephenville Primary to talk about the level of support students with special needs are receiving in the school system.
The demonstration is being organized by Wally Childs, a retired principal of the school, who has a grandson with special needs in the system.
Childs says they fight the same battle year after year.
He says the start of the school year should be a joyous time for families, but it’s not.
The demonstration is set for 7:50 a.m. outside the school.
