A ribbon cutting took place in Carbonear this morning to mark the delayed official opening of Pipers’ latest store location.
That brings the number of Pipers locations on the Avalon Peninsula to seven.
Although the store has been open for some time, the grand opening was postponed because of the wildfires on the Conception Bay North Shore.
