Police say a 26-year-old man has been arrested after he was caught, intoxicated, on a roof of a building he did not own.
RNC were called just after 1:00 this morning from a homeowner who heard someone on their roof.
Officers convinced the man to come down from the roof, and he was arrested for property damage.
He was held for court.
