There was some damage done to St. John’s City Hall last night, but it wasn’t because of the weather.
Metro police were called about property damage around 12:30 last night. Officers found that a window had been smashed with an irate man still on the scene.
The 18-year-old was arrested and charged with property damage.
He was held for court.
