It didn’t take police long to find a woman who was reported to have been under the influence and behind the wheel.

Officers pulled her over on Canada Drive at about 9:00 last night after seeing a car being driven with a flat tire.

The 37-year-old has been charged with refusing the breathalyzer and breach of court orders.
