Today is the last day to book a Metrobus ride on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day.
This is the first time in decades that any form of public transit will be offered on those days.
Regular routes will not be in operation, with only the on-demand service picking people up within the St. John’s area.
Anyone who wants to avail of the service has until the end of the day today to book, which can be done by using the Metrobus On Demand app or by calling them directly (709-722-9400).
