A significant police presence in Downtown St. John’s led to no arrests Sunday morning.

RNC started closing off parts of Warbury Street just after daybreak, as officers with guns drawn narrowed in on a home in the area.

Police say the call was “unfounded” and officers were cleared the scene shortly after.

It’s unclear what officers were responding to at that time.
