Book lovers galore have turned out over the last few days to the Canadian Federation of University Women’s annual book sale.

The sale, which helps to fund scholarships for women to go to university, is taking place at the old Globo Shoes store in the Avalon Mall Parking lot – located across from McDonalds.

VOCM News stopped by the sale recently and talked with a few customers who were browsing the sections.

People had a wide variety of genres in their arms, including bird watching, linguistics, gardening,  sports, classic literature, and mysteries.

Today is the last day for the book sale, which is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
