Canada scored late against South Africa with the only goal of the game to move on from the round of 32 to the round of 16.

Canada will now play the winner of the Netherlands and Morocco.

Stephen Eustaquio scored the only goal of the match with a right-foot kick well out of the outstretched right hand of the goalkeeper.

Eustaquio broke down in the post interview as he spoke about losing both of his parents.

Canada plays its next game on Saturday.
