Some of the evacuation orders have been lifted just outside of Labrador West.
The orders have been lifted for Duley Lake, Thorne Lake, and the Tamarack Golf Course.
Evacuation alerts remain in place for those areas, meaning that while people can return to their properties, they should be ready to leave again at a moment’s notice.
The evacuation order remains in place for Walsh River.
