Officials at the St. John’s SPCA are excited for the expanded capacity that will come with their new facility on East White Hills Road.
Between now and Wednesday, the SPCA will be packing up and moving to their new location.
Noting that the project has been ongoing since 2019, the manager of fund development, Natashia Reddigan, says the new space has been a long time coming,
She says when they look at all of their needs in their old building, all of them will be rectified with the new space. She says they will now have double the capacity, proper quarantine spaces, ventilation, and four community spaces for free-roaming cats.
