Police were called in after two teenage girls refused to pay cab fare, and then got out of hand.
The two not only got a free ride, but proceeded to cause damage to the taxi cab. RNC officers caught up with one of the girls, a 17-year-old, charging her with mischief, property damage, and fraudulently obtaining transportation. She was released to appear later in court.
