RCMP in central Newfoundland are seeking any and all information in their search for a missing woman.
Thirty-three-year-old Melanie Renee Higgins was last seen in Gander around suppertime yesterday.
Higgins is Caucasian, 5 feet, 7 inches tall with brown, curly hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple sweatshirt and light grey leggings with a pattern printed on them.
RCMP believe she is in the Gander area, but note that she also has ties to the town of Grand Falls-Windsor.
Police and family members would like to hear from her as soon as possible to confirm her wellbeing. Anyone with information is urged to contact Gander RCMP at 709-256-6841.
