The roundabout connecting Commonwealth Avenue/Heavy Tree Road to Robert E. Howlett Memorial Highway opens today.
The road closure in the area had become a real headache to those who commute within Mount Pearl, Southlands and the Goulds.
The work is part of the completion of the Team Gushue Highway, which is expected to open in the fall.
