A young driver is without their licence after being pulled over for excess speed in central Newfoundland.
The RCMP pulled the vehicle over on the Road to the Isles in Loon Bay Tuesday afternoon after radar picked it up traveling at speeds of up to 133 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
The 17-year-old was ticketed and their licence was suspended. The vehicle they were driving was seized and impounded.
