An Ontario man is in the lockup after allegedly using his skateboard to smash the windows of two downtown businesses.
RNC were called to the downtown around 11:00 last night, and found the windows beaten out of two businesses on Water Street.
Witnesses described an irate man who used a skateboard to cause damage after he was told to leave a nearby business.
While officers were on the scene, another call came involving a man matching the suspect’s description had just damaged a car parked nearby.
The 29-year-old was arrested after a brief foot chase and was held to appear in court on charges of property damage, causing a disturbance and resisting arrest.
