The Transportation Safety Board says the scene of a plane crash near Paddy’s Pond on Saturday has been released to RNC for wreckage recovery.
The two people on board the Merlin GT ultra-light float plane walked away from the crash site after the aircraft lost engine power while circling for a water landing on Saturday evening.
The aircraft ended up in the woods.
The TSB says no investigators were deployed to the site, but it is collecting information and assessing the incident.
