A 40-year-old woman who was wanted by police was arrested following a disturbance in Gooseberry Cove in Trinity Bay yesterday.

Clarenville RCMP were called around 6:00 last night about a disturbance at a home that turned physical.

Police say the woman involved had fled the scene, but was picked up nearby.

Nicole Murphy, who was the subject of three outstanding warrants, is now facing an additional charge of failing to comply with a release order.
