Two men have been arrested following a recent drug seizure in Mount Pearl.
RNC seized a quantity of cocaine and cash from a man in Mount Pearl, and as part of the subsequent investigation, two men were arrested in the capital city’s west end.
The men, ages 75 and 24, were picked-up on drug-related offences, with charges pending.
The subsequent search of a home in Mount Pearl resulted in the seizure of drugs, cash and weapons, including:
- Over five ounces of cocaine
- Over $1,000 in cash
- Prescription pills
- Mushrooms
- Machetes
- Brass knuckles
- Bear spray
- Various loose ammo
- Body armour
- and other drug paraphernalia
The investigation is ongoing.
