Police managed to stop a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on the Trans Canada earlier this afternoon.

Callers reported a vehicle heading westbound in the eastbound lane of the Trans Canada near Paddy’s Pond.

Both RCMP and RNC responded to the incident and the vehicle was brought to a stop and was turned around safely.
