For the second time this week a man was picked up for drunk driving not long after the breakfast dishes had been cleared from the table.
The RNC stopped the 45-year-old in Paradise just after 10:00 a.m.
He failed the breathalyzer and had open liquor in the vehicle, but also was charged with theft under $5,000 and driving while prohibited. He was also wanted on a warrant, and was cited for numerous breaches of court orders.
The vehicle was impounded and the man was held overnight for court.
