The trial of 52-year-old Thomas Patrick O’Grady, accused of accessing and distributing child pornography, resumed today in St. John’s Provincial Court.
Five-days were scheduled for the trial back in the Spring, but more time was needed.
RNC Officers who searched O’Grady’s home in Kilbride have testified they found hundreds of images of child pornography on electronics seized from his home.
Five additional days have been scheduled in court for the trial continuation.
