Around 300 motorcycles rolled into Paradise this morning under clear skies for the second annual Memorial Ride for Nevaeh Denine.
Bikers of all ages were in attendance including Leon and his 10-year-old daughter who is the same age Nevaeh would have been this year.
This is Leon’s first year at the event. He says he didn’t make it to the event last year and he was very disappointed.
His daughter Hannah came along for the ride. Hannah said she chose to spend her Saturday morning at the bike ride with her dad.
The ride started at the Paradise Double Ice Complex at 10 a.m. The convoy traveled to the Goulds before heading back to the complex, where the annual Lemonade Stand is taking place until 5 p.m.
All proceeds raised throughout the day will go to Nevaeh’s Lemonade Stand, a local charity that raises funds in support of sick kids living with pediatric cancer.
