A 49-year-old Nain man has been arrested for firing shots at two people in the community several days ago.
RCMP were informed of a possible shooting incident in the community on June 9 or 10 during the early morning. After investigating, they took Mark Solomon into custody.
Neither of the two people were injured at the time of the incident.
Solomon is facing a number of firearm charges and assault with a weapon.
If anyone has any information about the incident, they are asked to contact Nain RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
