A 30-year-old man is awaiting a court appearance after getting busted by police in the middle of a break and enter over the weekend.
Police responded to a report of a break and entry in progress in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s at around 6:30 p.m. Sunday evening.
When officers arrived, the man was still inside the home.
The 30-year-old eventually came out and was then arrested for break and entry, mischief, and breach of court order.
He was held for court.
