Five players with the St. John’s Edge have received the National Basketball League of Canada’s (NLBC) All-League Awards.
Montay Brandon has been named to the All NBLC Third Team, Cane Broome and Mike Edwards have been named to the All-Rookie Team, while Junior Cadougan has been named to the All NBLC Second Team and the All Canadian First Team, along with Tyrone Watson.
Head Coach Steve Marcus says it is the largest number of players in the organization’s history to be honoured with the awards.
He calls it a great accomplishment to have five names on the all-league awards.
