RNC are asking for CCTV or dash cam footage in their investigation into three separate fires at the same Mount Pearl home in less than a week.
The most recent incident happened just after midnight Sunday, resulting in damage to the front of the home, which is located on Laumann Place. Officers do not believe the three fires were of a random nature.
A man was seen outside the residence just before the fire started. He is believed to be tall and slender, about 20 years old, and was wearing a grey hoodie and a ball cap. The RNC say he fled the area and entered a gold sedan which appeared to be full of occupants.
Anyone who has information or CCTV footage is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
