The plea to reunite a little boy with his treasured stuffed dog is garnering huge attention.
Fred Snelgrove took to Twitter this week to notify the public about his four-year-old son Mason’s stuffed toy, inadvertently left strapped into a cart at Costco on Saturday.
If anyone has seen the little stuffed dog in the pic please let me know. He was last seen 4:30pm ish at Costco in St John's on Saturday June 27. It was buckled into the shopping cart. Its Masons BF and has been sense he was a baby. His name is Brown puppy dog. #nltraffic pic.twitter.com/KtBVHMgKt1

Snelgrove says the brown and tan stuffed toy, known simply as “Brown Puppy Dog” has been Mason’s beloved companion since he was a baby.
Walter Harding knows the family and took to VOCM Open Line with Paddy Daly in the hope that Mason and Brown Puppy Dog can be reunited.
He says Fred Snelgrove’s tweet has hundreds of shares, but acknowledges not everyone is on Twitter and he’s hoping a listener might know where the stuffed toy may be.
