It has been a hot week in most of the province with humidex values over 30 for much of that period—and it has created a “hot bench” in St. John’s.

Due to cooling issues in Atlantic Place, St. John’s Provincial Court is closed for the remainder of today.

All cases scheduled for this afternoon will be called at the same time tomorrow.
