Bay St. George RCMP are investigating two break-ins that occurred sometime last week around the community of South West Brook.

Police were notified on Saturday that a cabin and a shed on Bottom of the Bay Road were broken into, with several items stolen including a helmet, food, alcohol, prescription drugs and a red 2007 Polaris 500 ATV.

Later the same day another break-in was reported in the same area involving a camper trailer. While nothing was taken from the camper, a surveillance camera set up on the trail was stolen.
