A photographer with the Canadian Armed Forces is facing a list of serious charges following what’s being called a “thorough criminal investigation.”
Master Corporal Anthony Chand, a regular force imagery technician at the Canadian Forces College is facing one count each of sexual assault, sexual assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement, and harassing communications.
The Canadian Forces National Investigation Services launched its investigation following a complaint involving allegations that spanned over a six month period in Nova Scotia.
The complaintant was a military member at the time of the alleged incidents.
