Starting tomorrow, the NLC is closing its corporate liquor stores to the general public, and temporarily shifting to a online and telephone-based order system.
Customers will be able to submit an order by calling their preferred liquor store, or filling out a form at NLliquor.com, then pick up their product at their chosen NLC location.
However, the NLC says the following stores will not offer the service:
Stores will start accepting orders Saturday, and pick ups will begin on Sunday.
To limit contact, NLC stores will only accept cashless methods of payment—such as tap credit and debit cards. As such, orders will be limited to $100 or less. Gift cards and redeemable offers will not be accepted until further notice.
As well, only one customer will be served at a time, and social distancing techniques will be enforced inside and outside of stores. The NLC says plexiglass partitions will also be installed at pick-up lanes.
Air Miles cards will not be accepted until further notice.
Information will be posted at the NLC’s website on Saturday at 10 a.m., to reflect the new service.
