The premier has committed to a public statement regarding the financial situation of this province before he leaves office in early August.
This coming off of a call for a detailed recovery plan from the business community who say there isn’t enough information as to how the province will handle the economy post COVID-19.
Premier Dwight Ball says government is currently looking at the situation from a finance point of view, and the plan is to have a budget in place by September.
