A spokesperson for St. John’s Pride is overwhelmed with the positive response to their latest sponsorship.
Quidi Vidi Brewery has come on board by renaming it’s popular IPA Day Boil to Gay Boil for a limited time.
Communications Lead with St. John’s Pride, Gorvin Greening says the sponsorship is notable in a number of ways.
He says Quidi Vidi Brewery is providing St. John’s Pride with $10,000, the largest single sponsorship they’ve had to date. He says they’re thrilled not only with the sponsorship, but with the positive response the Gay Boil has received.
Pride week is celebrated in St. John’s in mid-July. This year’s theme is Pride 2020- Celebration in Isolation.
