A student-run organization out of MUN is hosting an item drive for the Gathering Place days after donating $1,200 in cash and items.
MUN Hope says upon going to the Gathering Place to drop off their original donation, they couldn’t help but notice the ever-present need for various hygiene products.
As such, the group is collecting toilet paper, towels, face masks, face cloths and monetary donations for the Gathering Place.
Anyone looking to donate to the drive can either donate directly to the Gathering Place or coordinate with MUN Hope through their Facebook page, through email at munhope8@gmail.com, or by phone at (709) 725-2140.
