The Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture says charges are pending in connection with two recent salmon poaching investigations in the Lewisporte area.
Enforcement officers seized net, salmon and other related items following two investigations on September 10 and 14.
Further details are expected to be released once the charges are laid.
