Some positive news today regarding the future of the Come By Chance oil refinery.

VOCM News has learned that Origin has made an offer to Silverpeak for all assets related to the Come By Chance refinery and North Atlantic retail properties.

A source close to Origin says the company plans to bring the refinery back to full capacity and diversify its operations to allow for what’s being called a “sustainable future and steady employment.”

All of that is pending acceptance of the offer, the appropriate due diligence, and regulatory approval.
