There are no new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the province today. There are seven active cases in Newfoundland and Labrador.
An investigation into one new confirmed case in the Western Health region on Sunday is ongoing, with no new information on the source of the case revealed publicly to date.
Meanwhile, Public Health is advising rotational workers about an identified outbreak at the Seymour Pacific Developments worksite in Brandon, Manitoba. The department was notified about the outbreak by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Rotational workers form the worksite who have returned to Newfoundland and Labrador in the last 14 days must self-isolate away from household members and call 811 to arrange for COVID testing.
They must complete the full 14-day self-isolation period regardless of their test result.
